INTRODUCTION A Message from Katherine Power 4 Sodexo’s vision for Diversity and Inclusion is to foster a globally inclusive culture that aligns with our values and enables engagement, productivity and innovation in the workplace. We believe that diversity helps us build a stronger company and we leverage this diversity as a competitive advantage. With great support across the business, we are bringing this vision to life and are proud to feature in this report some of the initiatives that are building cultural intelligence and agility across the company. As an organization, Sodexo Canada has positioned itself as a leader in the field of Diversity and Inclusion in Canada. We are proud to have been recognized on many levels for our collective efforts and our expertise with LGBTQ and Indigenous relations, as well as for our progress in ensuring the advancement of women, people with disabilities and employees from all generations in the workplace. As a result, we are one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers for the fourth year in a row. This year, we were pleased to recognize some exceptional Sodexo employees for their efforts in creating a more inclusive workplace. Such recognition indicates the extent and the level of integration of our Diversity and Inclusion commitments throughout the company. The endorsement from our employees confirms our Diversity and Inclusion efforts make a difference in their work-life experience.
